How It Works
Use the contact form to send us your company name, contact name, the product categories you want to carry, estimated quantities and any requirements. International buyers can write in English or Chinese.
We review your inquiry and come back with a product lineup, wholesale pricing, MOQ and lead times. For OEM and private label, we work through specifications, design and logo requirements with you.
Check samples or actual products as needed. Once you are satisfied with quality and specifications, we agree on terms and sign a contract. For OEM, final specifications are locked before mass production.
In-stock items ship promptly from our own warehouse in Takarazuka, Japan. After signing, we keep supply steady, follow up on stock and lead times, and handle your repeat orders.
